REFUNDS:

If, for some reason, you need to return your purchase for a refund the following apply:

  1. The unit must be sent back to us in its ORIGINAL packaging
  2. Upon return of the unit, our technicians will make sure that the unit itself has not been opened or tampered with in any way
  3. If verified, your refund will be processed within 15 to 20 business days
  4. There will be a 25% restocking fee 
  5. There will be NO REFUNDS after 30 days.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

SHIPPING:

All items will be shipped to you within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  Standard shipping is 3-6 business days.  Faster service is available for an additional fee.

 

INTERNATIONAL SALES:

All warranties still apply to units sold outside the USA. HOWEVER, due to the department of homeland security and the way things are very tight within the US Customs system, Warranty replacement items that are being sent back, are sent back to us AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are NOT liable for them once they leave the USA.
